Select the check box next to 'Where the To line contains people' and look at Section 3 of the dialog box, where you'll see 'contains people' in blue and underlined. Click on that and, in the next dialog box, type the email address of the account that you want to be forwarded. Click the button labelled 'Add' and then the OK button. In the second section of the original dialog box, which you are now back to select the check box next to 'Forward it to people'. Click on the underlined blue word 'people' and either type in the email address you want mails to be forwarded to or select it from the Address Book and then click OK. Give the Rule a sensible name and click on OK.
