Perhaps, the first pill is indexed "RX 773"? If so, they are both 1 mg Lorazepam pills (generic Ativan). RX 773 is manufactured by Ranbaxy Pharmaceuticals, India: http://lorazepam.freehostia.com/rx-773-lorazepam-pill.html MYLAN 457 is manufatured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals, USA: http://mylanpills.freehostia.com/mylan-457.htm But Lorazepam is not an anti-depressant, it is a sedative (an anti-anxiety medication).

733 is not AMerican made. It's comparing apples to oranges. Overseas pharmaceuticals do not meet the same requirements as US ones. Additionally, they aren't in the same family of medications. One is an SSRI, the other is a generic barbiturate and a sedative. +5
