Sometimes a third number is included in a blood pressure reading. Depending on the measuring device, it may either be your pulse pressure (the difference between your systolic and diastolic readings) or your heart rate (how often your heart beats per minute). Pulse pressure should be 60 or less, while a normal resting heart rate is between 60 and 100.
