mum but i could run faster
-
either
-
Dad. My mom would just say "Wait until your father gets home".
-
Neither, my parents split when I was young. My mom would say "Im going to call your father!" When she did he would ask "Did you do this" I would say "No" and he would say "Okay" ...lol
-
My mum didn't have any choice - we were a single parent family (anyway, I got bigger than her quickly, so she had to find different methods of disciplining me).
-
My mother was angrier in general and gave out punishments. I loved my dad a lot, but he worked a lot and was somewhat oblivious about what was going on in the home.
-
By default, it was my father. My mother passed away when I was 2.
-
While my parents were together, my dad punished us and my brother, sister and I would look to our mom for clarification. After they divorced, my mom was the sole disciplinary and her word was law.
-
I didn't get punishments in the way of discipline, but I did get an unaffectionate mother, an alcoholic father and a broken home. I figure that was punishment enough.
-
Mostly my mom. We knew we were in BIG trouble if my dad got involved!
-
depends.
-
My mother. Partly as she was the stay at home parent and it was more her domain.
-
My father. My mother died when I was 2.
-
My mom usually punished us unless it was something really bad, then we got a punishment from our father.
-
Mon! She spanked us on our bare bottom with an egg turner. Generally two swats per our age. They weren't love taps either!
-
Mother, my parents divorced when I was less than a year old.
-
My mom.
-
Mom.
-
My mother! She was a single parent who was a VERY strong disciplinarian. She taught both my sister and i the difference between right & wrong by whipping our bare bottoms which was immediately followed by being forced to sit on a wooden chair for a certain amount of time, depending on how old we were or what we did wrong. This could range anywhere from 1 or 2 swats with her open hand & 15 minutes of chair time as a 5 year old to 30 or more swats and spending an entire afternoon in the chair as a 15 year old for breaking curfew by 3-4 hours or leaving the house (while i was grounded) when she was at work!

I still don't like what my dad used to do to me....Sometimes when I look at him thoughts of revenge cross my mind.....
-
that was always my Dad!
-
my dad ... and i HATE him for it!
-
My mama. My dad would not really do anything. He would take me to the room, tell me to bend over, and hit the bed with his belt and tell me to pretend i was crying. My mom would be livid.
-
my Mom..and thank God she did :)
-
My mom... She would get a rattan stick and then star hit me on my back, my bottom, and thigh...
-
Most of the time my mom then my brothers then father.
-
mom dad was not around that much
-
Both. Both of them would have different methods of doing so. Dad would use the belt/back scratcher/ wood hanger/other random hard object in reach. Not hard enough to bruise or anything but it would hurt. Mom would leave me alone in the house or lock me in a small, dark room for several hours at a time. I actually prefered just getting the hits and be done with it. The abandonment affected me far more in the long run than any physical abuse. Of course, every child is different.
-
Mom.. Phew.. And the mental pains are more painful than physical ones.. I don't even know how i survived.. You can imagine
-
Hard to say as I drove them both over the edge ;)
-
About equally. I can't remember now which scar was from whom. +4
-
HAAA, my mom was the typical mom she always say "you just wait til your father gets home!" So it would have to be my Dad, but mostly he would just lecture us into bordom, my god I miss them times!
-
Mom was the one. Dad was merely absent. +5
