yes. I have had to take a rest from AB for a while tonight because of a killer headache and my BP really high. It has been a long day for me as well as for many others of us who got caught in a trap.

yeah. when i went through a divorce a a few years ago, i became profoundly depressed and the pain was in my chest...felt like a heavy weight. in addition, as a therapist, i often hear clients relate to me emotional pain and then explain a physical pain that manifested itself upon the onset of the emotional pain. one of my clients breaks out in a horrible rash...big, red splotchy sores on her body when she starts to feel burdened by anxiety. makes sense though, our physical, mental, spiritual and emotional processes are all connected. if one suffers, chances are that more will suffer.
