  • As I understand the question, the bit rate is 250 kHz. The 0.5 microsec width is irrelevant (unless PWM encoding is happening). Using the Nyquist rule, the maximum bandwidth is 125 kHz. Divided into 8 pieces gives 15.625 kHz for each channel. Without compression this is enough for good audio or poor video, not much better than dial-up internet connections.
