I have a 1999 freightliner detroit diesel 60 series 12.7L,
sometimes when I shut the truck down and let it sit for a few minutes and try to start it, it will not start. but it will start with starting fluid, or it will start by a push start. codes 42,43

There is 2 fuel lines in back of the engine coming out of the head,The one on the right side is your return line,in that line there is a inline check valve,you need to replace it. It cost about 95 dollars. t

ddec code 43 coolant level low.check the coolant level sensor by unplugging and jumping the plug w/ a paper clip.
