  • If you are currently enrolled in AutoPay, you can view your payment post date by logging into My Account. From the My Account home page select the View Bill button in the Bill & Payments box or by clicking here: View Bill (logged in users only). Here you will see a date next to the line AutoPay to be applied. You will receive a statement of my Cingular Wireless charges at least 10 days before the due date; should you dispute any portion of the statement, you must notify Cingular Wireless at least three days prior to the due date. You must continue to submit payments as usual to Cingular Wireless until confirmation of my Automatic Credit/Debit Card Payment enrollment appears on your monthly statement.
