I will just go with my doc's statement...which is that it is very good, especially for my age (62). I am not a health fanatic but I do use good common sense, I think. I eat reasonably, with little high fat and cholesterol, but I do indulge myself on special occasions...as I think I have "earned it" (lol). I work pretty hard but I know it is not the aerobic type of exercise that is recommended. So, I do aerobics on my own fairly regular. The last blood work-up I had showed my diet is pretty good. Normal blood sugar and low cholesterol and triglycerides. I eat my fruits and veggies and a lot of fish. I do like unfried white poultry meat as well. I love a good steak, but limit it to maybe once a week. Doc says the old ticker is strong and healthy, and I am rarely sick with any kind of bug.

To be honest..on a scale of 1 to 10 ...1 being the lowest I'm a 4 I think. Sadly... I'm going to try my hardest to turn it around though. Wish me Luck.

Fit and healthy as anything. I cycle and do Zhan Zhuang ( Chi Kung) My only vice is smoking 13 roll-up cigarettes a day but it causes no problems at 64yrs. Thanks for asking!
