  • Very carefully. Before you approach this person, it's worth making sure that dating a co-worker isn't against company policy. You should also consider whether or not you will feel uncomfortable if the relationship sours and you two are stuck working together. Having said that, just ask if he/she would like to grab a bite to eat after work and see what kind of response you get. Ask casually so that if he/she declines you won't feel too bad.
