  • the right to frredom (in general all that crap), the right to silence or whatever, the right to a fair trial, the right to bear arms, and the right to not quarter soldiers in my house those are the only ones i know off the top of my head, i cudve told u more last year :P
  • What did you just say?! Base your opinions? Who bases your opinions nowadays??
  • I will tell you the one I think is the MOST important one. The first one. "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." Without freedom of the press, a government can get away with anything. They do try to do just that, but I think that is the only way to keep things in check or at least have a shot at being able to do that. Without the ability to criticize our government freely, without fear of punishment, none of the other freedoms are truly possible.
  • Excellent question. My interpretation; but subject to change! 1) (Amendment #1 freedom) 2) (#2 right to bear arms) 3) (#4 search and seizure) 4) (#6 fair trial) 5) (#8 no cruel and unusual punishment) 6) (#9 rights retained by the people) 7) (#5 criminal rights) 8) (#3 keeping soldiers) 9) (#7 civil rights) 10) (#10 states rights)
  • The most important? ALL of them.
