  • Probably the latter choice I would think. He is a bit hypocritical since his house uses a bucketload of electricity and he harps on about saving it.
  • Al Gore is a genius...a political genius. He knows how to strike at the heart of men, and the bossom of women.
  • I think he's closer to a genius than most in politics. I'd rather have someone say that we should conserve our planet while hypocritically using lots of electricity than have someone say that we can keep doing what we are doing and the planet will be fine.
  • None of the above. He's a human being, just like you and I. We love to classify people, to "sum them up" in a single word, to find the perfect zinger to cubbyhole our enemies or the perfect honorific to promote those we admire. But the bottom line is the same for every single one of us: nobody can be summed up by a label. We're all extremely complex mixes of different characteristics, behavior patterns, beliefs, skills, weaknesses, etc., and to make things even more complex we're all changing all the time. So "none of the above" is the only label that's actually true for all of us.
  • Misguided egotistical politician, he has reduced himself to selling popcorn to the same people who bought Michael Moore's stuff. manbearpig
  • He never really said he invented the internet. But he is an idiot and a misguided failed politician.
  • He is a Nobel Prize Laureate for Peace. As to inventing the internet, here his own words: "Well, I will be offering - I'll be offering my vision when my campaign begins. And it will be comprehensive and sweeping. And I hope that it will be compelling enough to draw people toward it. I feel that it will be. But it will emerge from my dialogue with the American people. I've traveled to every part of this country during the last six years. During my service in the United States Congress, I took the initiative in creating the Internet. I took the initiative in moving forward a whole range of initiatives that have proven to be important to our country's economic growth and environmental protection, improvements in our educational system. During a quarter century of public service, including most of it long before I came into my current job, I have worked to try to improve the quality of life in our country and in our world. And what I've seen during that experience is an emerging future that's very exciting, about which I'm very optimistic, and toward which I want to lead." • I don't have a problem with him, actually.
  • to find out what role Gore really had in the dreation of the internet read here ----> http://www.perkel.com/politics/gore/internet.htm <----- or down here
  • Dude, he didn't. Prove he said something like that and I might believe u.
  • I think he is and IDIOT (now that my older mind is on it). Why did I put that when I have had the opportunity to say this. He is also a hypocrite, he has done exactly the opposite of what he is teaching, wasting tons of energy and preaching against it. Simply, why do people follow him, do they even know he is only in it for money. Probably, him claiming to invent the Internet was an insane thing to have said, but it was probably a hope that people would throw money at me. He is indeed a genius but an evil one, for he i successful and by saying idiotic things somehow he ends up with money because people believe him. The earth's temperature has been changing for years, but it's only common sense that the sun would be pulling us in little by little, after all it isn't like the sun doesn't have some kind of gravity against or planet, the only thing that stops it from going faster is distance, but yet, we haven't noticed that either because distance isn't important to us. It's hard to tell when we are already spinning at such speeds, and simply, anyone who says otherwise is just typically going with the crowd, learning from their parents (normally the father), an imperitive democrat, environmentalist themselves (some of them actually got mad at Obama for swatting that fly), or quite possible a power-hungry environmentalist making money themselves, in which case need a psychologist who isn't mentally disrupt themselves, without being poisoned from the corrupt media who would rather rant on M.J.'s death for a week before consulting a nuclear problem with North Korea, which would kill much more than one if successful, when there is much more to the story. Either way, they would still try to kill us, it's their religion, which is a higher authority than human, a fake god.
  • Al Gore--Big Genius! He just said that the temp of the Earth is several million degrees if you go 2 km down. I believe that you'd be melted if you had something several million degrees less than 2 miles away. The surface of the Sun is about 10,000 degrees. It's about 12,000 degrees in the molten center of the Earth and about 1 million in the hot part of the Sun. 2 km down it's several million degrees according to the High Preist who claims to predict the future temp of the planet for the next 100 years. Interesting to know that it's hotter just a few thousand feet down than it is on the Sun. I always thought that it was around a thousand degrees. But what do I know, I didn't get a D in Man's relation to the Earth in college like Al Gore did! http://wattsupwiththat.com/2009/11/16/gore-has-no-clue-a-few-million-degrees-here-and-there-and-pretty-soon-were-talking-about-real-temperature/ He's a liar and a hypocrite. 31,000 Scientists know that man-made global warming is a scam: http://www.petitionproject.org/
  • Al gore. Somewhere a village is missing its idiot.
  • I find him to be exceedingly narcisistic.
  • Genius. There's nothing to indicate that he's a Republican of any stripe.
  • Astute businessman who preys on the gullible.
