  • "Weight" is not the real issue. The issue is healthy weight compared to unhealthy weight. Fat is unhealthy weight, muscle is healthy. I have no idea why you need to gain weight, what it is in your diet and exercise routine that leads you to be underweight, however if you are underweight then you need to seek to gain muscle mass, not fat. The only two things on that menu that is good for you is the corn and the blue berries (sans the muffin) Wings are mostly fat and bone with little 'real' meat on them. Breasts are white meat, lean meat. Honey is ok, but I fear that it is a sugar - it is in essence calories, but 'empty' ones. If you are suffering from being too thin you need to see a doctor who needs to set you up with a nutritionist who should give you more than just 'a' meal to work toward increasing your healthy weight. that should be coupled with an exercise program that is designed to convert that food into muscle, not let it sit around and become ugly, unhealthy fat.
