I work out 6 days a week and try to watch what I eat.

I exercise 5 days a week for 1-2 hours, depending on how free I am. I go halvzies on the cardio and the strength training/toning. I also eat healthy. But I don't mind the odd dessert here and there :) If you're happy with your fitness, it makes aalll the difference to your self confidence, and everything is more colourfull :)

I use the treadmill at the gym 5 days a week for an hour. The other two days I walk in my neighborhood. I bought a pedometer to keep track of my footsteps and I try to get in 10,000 steps a day.
