A dynamo is an electric generator that generates direct current. To generate DC, one must spin a coil of wire within a magnetic field created by permanent magnets; this requires the use of a commutator to connect the spinning coil to the distribution wires. This is always more complicated than an electric generator that generates alternating current, because an AC generator uses one or more permanent magnets spinning within a stationary coil. I do not know what fabrication resources you have but here is a description of what you need to do. You need to wind insulated wire around a non-conducting frame. Mount the frame on an axle. Put a commutator with brushes on the axle. Connect the brushes to electrical posts. Surround the frame-axle with one or more magnets.
