Carbs/starch. That is of course, unless you want to GAIN weight!!...I did very well on low-carbing and have kept off a 45-lb. wt. loss, and I make sure never to have carbs at night, except now and then if I have oatmeal for dinner. If you must have carbs, have them during the day, for breakfast and/or lunch - but not dinner. Then again - you may not have a weight issue, so - who am I to say? I only know what works for me. well they say if you have a warm sweet glass of milk it will make you sleep better ,but the side affects are that in some people it gives them BAD dreams ,and this is a tested theory
