  • Sure. As well as a theif can sue you if he gets hurt on your property while he's stealing from you.
  • Yes they could do that. I personally would still hold on to whatever part of them I've accidentally grabbed as saving life is an integral part of being a good human being. I would even plead guilty to the charges if they were true. I beleive in karma! +4pts. =)
  • Let's see...my choice is someone getting "fresh" with me in order to save my life or dying? I'll have to think about that a very long. I thought about it. I'll take living! Press charges against someone who saved my life? Not bloody likely! :)
  • No. That was not an "intentional" offensive touch and would not be charged as a battery.
  • If that person turn around and do charge me I will for certain take hime back to that high ledge and push him over!!!! He can but only be thankfull that you have saved his life!!
  • I wish I heard the whole story, but I only overheard part of it. This girl was talking about how a guy prevented her from falling off something high up, but accidentally touched her "inapproprialy". The way she described it sounded like she wasn't too impressed with the whole life/injury saving aspect, but that she was a good person because "he was lucky that she didn't press charges against him."
