If you perceive something will happen and it does happen,that would be a sign of being psychic.If it happens quite often you would have a gift of being proficient of this. One example happened to me a few weeks ago.I was on holidays for a week and one night I had a feeling my car was towed away.I park on a street that has no parking restrictions.When I returned back home it was gone.It turned out the street was to be repaved and the car was towed down the street,at no charge to me.It was towed the same day I envisioned it. I believe we all have some psychic ability. Animals are psychic and are lower on the evolutionary scale then humans are,so logically it would make sense that we have the ability as well but deny we have because of our belief systems.
