  • Israel is by far the largest recipient of US foreign aid. Typically $2 billion to $4 billion per year. http://www.census.gov/prod/2005pubs/06statab/foreign.pdf Look at tables 1284-1286
  • Israel... they REALLY need it. How else could they pop up such a regime
  • G'day Junk Yard Dog, Thank you for your question. According to the 2004 World Almanac and Fact Sheet, Russia was the top foreign aid recipient followed by Israel and Egypt. I cannot find more up to date figures but I would be very surprised if Iraq and Afghanistan are not 1 and 2 on that list. I have attached sources for your reference. Regards Reference World Almanac and Book of Facts 2004 page 863
  • Iraq and Afganistan do indeed top the list. http://www.globalissues.org/article/35/us-and-foreign-aid-assistance#ForeignAidNumbersinChartsandGraphs
  • I also would think that it is Israel and I think it is a very good investment of American money. The US should give them much more money because the Israelis are a very important ally of the USA. The Israelis do an excellent politics in the sense of the USA and so they deserve getting backed.
  • 12-24-2016 The USA no longer gives out foreign aid. It was a political no-no and the handed the job off to central banks and that's why they are now so quick to bail out faltering banks. It's not the bank's fault that they are all insolvent. This bs is made possible by the Federal Reserve creating all the money congress wants to spend, and the only possible ending is national collapse. We have this prophecy we call Armageddon. The USA is prominently absent from the story. The country must collapse and become helpless before then. You are seeing prophecy fulfilled as you watch.
  • Hopefully one where the people know how to spell "foreign".
