It is said that diabetics (like myself, a "Type 2") should have several little meals per day, rather than the standard 3 meals. I have one or two meals per day and that seems OK for my needs, as the main meal (breakfast) is the largest one, and then I have another meal sometime between 12 noon and 11 PM. My doctor says that my "numbers" are looking good, so I'm not gonna worry about things, until he tells me I should. +5

Twice a day which includes lunch and dinner. I'm not much of a breakfast person, cause I am always on the run early in the morning to get to work. On some days I do drink protein shakes to suppress my hunger.
