the bedroom is all shades of light ice blue, cobalt, lavender and greenery--no Red, Yellow or Orange allowed so it looks moonlit all the time and restful. the furniture is white wicker and frosted pine, and a bower of flower garlands hang over the bed. candle holders, etc all silver, and pictures of forests and nighttime ponds... 3 prints by Piet Baekert.

It used to be all the rooms were blue. I know because I saw the place before it was painted before I moved in. It did require a paint job, there were white patches and peeling and all that, but it isn't an improvement now ... the landlord asked me, what colours do I like? I said the blue is nice, also I like cream with white trim ... he painted everything a flat grey-white UGLY.

Yes. It's only my washroom unfortunately, because it's a really incredibly beautiful blue. It feels sunny even when it's cloudy outside. The walls are a sky blue, with darker blue and bright white edges. It's inspired by buildings in Greece. In my house every room is inspired by a place.
