  • I think to start off, I would have an antipasto plate of prosciutto around melon, salame, olives, giardiniera (veges in vinegar or oil),and cheeses Then for entree, I would serve some sort of pasta: maybe a ravioli alla calabrese For main course, I would have italian herbed veal schnitzel, served with baked potatoes and a fresh garden salad For dessert, I would have gelato or cassata
  • Starters:- Seafood Dim Sum Selection, Jalapeno Pepper Snackers, cheese and pineapple on cocktail sticks, garlic bread. Main Course:- Beef Souffle, Ranch Chicken, Spag Bol, Sushi. Desserts:- Tiramisu, Irish Coffee Cake, Fried Cinnamon Strips. Drinks:- Champagne, Scotch and other assorted drinks.
  • a totally authentic ceasar salad, filet mignion (medium rare)Duchess baked potatoes and creamed spinach. Good crusty french bread with sweet, cold butter. Dessert would be my husband's fantastic apple pie with French vanilla ice cream. He would choose all of the wines for dinner but I know we would have an "Ice wine" with dessert. Cost about $75. a bottle. That's it.
