About a hour nap..zzzzzzzzzzz
-
I usually do better with a short nap. (I tried to give you points but AB said I've given you too many!)
-
A short cat nap.
-
A short one. Two hour nap affects my sleep at night. I won't be able to sleep unless I exercise hard after a long nap. It sure is enjoyable though.
-
a long 2 hour nap
-
Not much of a nap taker but if I go to sleep it won't be a cat nap.
-
A good nights sleep and a whole day filled with life ... no naps in the middle. Peace
-
Neither. If i sleep during the day i feel sooo seedy. I can sleep till 2pm no problem but i cant get out of bed first i gotta stay there from the day before LOL
-
If I'm going to nap it's because I didn't get enough sleep the night before so it's going to be a 2 hour nap.
-
Naps don't work for me.
-
15 minute nap very very good.
-
Mine has to be a 3 hour nap in the afternoon. I get to sleep less than 4 hours during the night as I must invariably get up at 3.30 in the morning.
-
Both work well for me...

New studies came out recently and show that the common "cat nap" is bad for you. It takes the brain at least 2 hours to get into the REM stage (the stage that has all the benefits for your brain and well being that we don't get enough of), so a 2 1/2 to 3 hour nap is actually better. Now in reality not everyone can get 2 hours, but the 20 minute refresher nap is out b/c it does more harm than good.

Never take naps.. when I'm up, I'm up for the duration!
-
A two hour nap definitely is more beneficial for me :)
-
Quick naps generally leave me feeling worse than I felt to start with. If I can't sleep for a while I won't take a nap. I'll go for the two hour nap.
-
I have to take at least 2 hr naps everyday in order to be able to function.
