Definately at least from anyone that can use it! But maybe share it with a confidant that you trust to give valid opinions

Only share them with someone you trust. Luckily my boss and I have known each other quite a while and we trust each other totally. I went to him a couple weeks ago with an idea of expanding our product line. He is working on it with corporate, but keeping me in the loop and he gives me credit for my ideas. If corporate agrees to it, I'll probably take over the new product line (I hope, fingers crossed).
