In my part of the UK it's usually ..built like a brick sh*t house. Which means a very large lady (or man) - someone you don't upset!! I've never heard it used as a compliment, more often it implies fat and a bit rough! On the other hand, to describe someone as a 'brick' means a helpful and reliable person (not to be confused with 'prick'! :)
