That's a good question I don't think your heart stops but maybe the pressure might blow out your ear drum or even kill you from exerting pressure somewhere in your skull. For instance if you had and aneurysm that hadn't burst yet the pressure might do it or even open up a weak blood vessel. My dad died from slow brain bleed. His high blood pressure weakened his blood vessels and one just opened up, not even burst.

I heard you have to shut your eyes but not the heart stopping. Some sneezes are so light, why would the heart want to join in? +4

Well if that is true, my grandpap hasn't reached that stage yet. He's still in the stage where he sneezes and farts at the same time.

that is kind of true my grandand's freind sneezed and his heart stoped but that more like a stroke( after sneezing)

There's always dumb rumors floating around about various parts of life. No, you can't die from sneezing; don't be ridiculous. If people died of sneezing, we would all be dead by age 10.
