Lately, coming to AB and reading the questions and answering some. It's relaxing and entertaining at the same time. Sometimes it is even educational. (lol)

The best thing for me to do is stay by myself and wait for it to pass. If I can go to sleep that helps because hopefully I will wake up in a better mood.

I say silently to myself "No matter what, do not bitch at anyone because I'm feeling bitchy" Seriously once I realize I'm in a crap mood I say this to MYSELF. Then I begin stetching so I can workout.

I always do many things to release my mood, such as shout out loudly in an open air or just write down what I want to hurl in my bolg, or go out for shopping with my friends.

I call friends(or visit them)most times I can vent on them(like they do with me)and I really do feel better afterwords.:)
