  • Can? Depends on the girl. From 6 to 60. Generally, after 11 the girl needs condom or pills.
  • it's never save without a condom....
  • A girl, as in a CHILD, has no business having sex with anyone. It is both illegal and morally wrong. A young WOMAN, over the age of 18 can legally have sex, although the vast array of responsibilities that comes with being sexually active maybe more than many young women want to address, or more than they are EMOTIONALLY, FINANCIALLY ready to address. IT IS NEVER SAFE TO BE SEXUALLY ACTIVE WITHOUT THE USE OF A CONDOM.. Even if both parties have had an HIV test...HIV can live in the body for up to (I believe) 10 years...BEFORE YOU MAY TEST POSITIVE FOR IT! Surprise! Oops...hardly makes up for such stupidity! Unless a person knows without a single doubt that their partner is either a virgin, or has ALWAYS PRACTICED SAFE SEX EVERY SINGLE TIME...you may well catch SOMETHING....HIV, Herpes, or some other sexually transmitted disease... It isn't worth it!
  • When she's on birth control and having sex with a vigin male, or when she's having sex with a woman, or when she's having sex with someone that hasn't had sex at all since their last negative STD test and she is taking care of birth control some other way or wants to get pregnant. As Redhawk pointed out, if we're old enough to have responsible sex then we aren't really girls anymore, although we might like to be called that.
  • --------------> about 10 yo or 11 yo girls ;-]
