Every night. I also read every issue of my local paper. Keeping yourself informed about the world around you is easy. Ignoring it is foolish.

At least twice a day. In the morning when I wake up. Then again at night while eating dinner. If something important is going on, I'll listen to it during the ride home and may even switch on cable news to keep updated during the evening before bed. I also buy the local newspapers 2-3 times during the week and every Sunday get the local paper.
