  • cant see the picture but it doesn't matter. Its a general question regardless if you are or not. if you want to get a tone body you need a lot of dedication, some running shoes and a little bit of time. eat right and aim for 4 hours of cardiovascular exercise a week. One thing that helped me when i "didn't have time" for the gym was telling myself way before that "I will go to the gym, I'll make time for other things". Hope that helps and good luck!
