Doesn't matter to me, but I do like my nurse practitioner.
-
Not if my doctor has referred me to their care.
-
Nope. I had my physical with a Nurse Practioner and I found zero difference in quality of care. :) Happy Monday! :)

If I am sick no I don't mind. If there is a personal issue involved as there was this week I would prefer my personal physician.
-
Yeah, I do. If I went to see a doctor and I'm paying to see a doctor, that is who should be treating me. Whether they are efficient or not, I'm not paying all that money for a nurse's or an assistant's opinion, it's the doctor's education and expertise that I value and am willing to pay for.
-
No, I prefer it. I'm more at ease and comfortable with her than the doctor and she did a great job.
-
I would rather see a Nurse Practitioner. They are always more informative and want to be sure I understand what they are taling about. They have always had a better attitude than the MDs.
-
Yes, I make an appointment with the doctor, not his staff.
-
I personally don't mind because the ones that I usually have to deal with are very competent and they are kind.
-
Don't mind it at all. My physical last June was done by one.

I'm a veteran and don't have to pay to see the doctor. If my issue is treated I don't care if I see the dr or assistant (I'd take care of it over the phone if I could!). They confer with the dr every time anyway.
