no, we dont usually discuss that over the dinner table...
-
Rarely. The subject is alien to me.
-
No. But I've had my share of heated debates WITH extraterstrial life.
-
No because there is no debate, life in the universe is the norm not the exception, life is based on a set of conditions and where ever those conditions exist life will exist as to what type is subjective depending on other factors in the evolutionary scale that is all AND since even a microbe anywhere else in the universe is an extraterestrial life form there is no debate Because life is based on a set of conditions and where ever those conditions exist life will exist... ~Nemo~

I could, if I wanted to.
-
nah. people believe some str8 up retarded shi7 tho. like people expierimenting on aliens and aliens experimenting on humans n shi7. that aint tru gtfo.
-
Not anymore compared to the 70's and 80's. I think people are now well aware that we are not alone in this universe, why would we? :)
-
No, I never do because I really don't know and on the topic, I might automatically assume that someone knows more than I do. Now, how much information I can take in from a single source completely depends on the level of reality s/he appears to be on.
-
Not usually. I simply quote the equations Sagan set out and the other person is so confused that they're shocked into agreement.
-
No... I have my beliefs and I don't want to force people to believe what I do, has anyone really changed their beliefs in a heated argument?
-
I don't...I don't know enough about it. +4
-
haha, noooo. I didnt realize anyone still believed that rubbish lol. SETI has been going for around 40 years and they still havent found a single thing (to my knowledge)!!
-
Nope
-
nope
-
no. i believe extraterrestial life is feasible in this infinite universe. the ingredients that made life possible here are scattered throughout the universe. but finding earthlike planets elsewhere is akin to finding a needle in countless haystacks. good luck! until i see empirical evidence, im not going to get worked up over something that has no direct bearing on my day-to-day life. why get into a heated debate with some twit over aliens...you should both get your head checked if that ever happens.
-
No, never not ever. Most who care believe they exist out there somewhere and the rest don't register as intelligent life here on Earth.
-
No, but I have stone cold agreements about the lessterestrial dead.
-
If someone has seen something, I'm interested. If I have not and someone claims they have, it's silly to debate them.
-
No... Never.
-
no
-
Not really, because for me its a waste of time. However if i didnt have anything better to do i think i could get into a heated debate about it. There is no scientific evidence of any planets other than earth sustaining life. I belive that uninteligent life forms may exist, but not inteligent ones. And since faster than light travel is impossible, it seems very unlikely well ever know for sure.
-
No, never heated, however I do believe there is other life in the Universe!
-
No "HEATED" Debates; I can state my position very intelligently based on the research that I have done on the subject ... IF the other person wants to deny the existance of extraterestrial life "just because" and give no reasoning or rationale for thinking that way ..I don't really care ...
-
Sometimes, yeah. I'll debate anything. Sometimes I switch sides just so I can debate myself! :) You wanna argue? Pick a side. I'm ready.
-
not really have enough to worry about right here..
-
what would be the point in that?
-
I stopped debating what I realized I knew everything. (joking). No I do not mind discussing certain subjects but I do not have the desire to debate it.
-
Nah..I just beat the crap out of people who disagree with me. Argument over. ;)
-
Hmmmm...no
-
no...the extraterestrials are on my side...that usually ends the argument...and if it doesn't i draw it in crayon for them..at least they're silent while they're trying to decipher the picture :D
