Yes! On those days I should be allowed to just go back to sleep a few more hours or so.Usually makes it better.

Almost everyday now. Seems like on nights that i don't get much sleep, the following day, i can't remember anything. I think that a lack of quality sleep might be the real cause of Alzheimers disease.
