Sounds like the friends zone.

I have that in school and it's if two people are good friends...kind of
-
That he loves the girl in a non-romantic non-sexual way...
-
I can think of 3 things: 1. He's a hippy and calls all his females friends 'sister.' 2. He's making friendly conversation with you because she thinks you're cool. 3. He considers you to be a good and close friend and respects you in the way he would a sister.
-
Their friends, but not romantically involved.
-
That he regards her as such a close friend that she might as well be his sister. I've got a friend at school and we could each other as brother and sister. It's quite cool
-
Sometimes a cheap excuse to get closer to a girl. Those sort of people give a bad name to that tender relationship.
-
I hope you both are black and he says "Sista".
-
Sorry, hun. Not much luck for you there. You're definitely in the friends zone.
-
Assuming you are not his actual sister, I would take it as a very high honor. He respects you without there being any kind of sexual feelings involved. That is probibly a guy you want to keep in your life.
-
An affectionate slang term commenley used in hip-hop and Urban communities, but not restricted to.Used by Women, mostly.*+++++*Also see;sisters, friends, and other Angels.*:)*
-
No idea what that means.I've heard it but it doesnt make sense
-
Well yo:) Sister girl to me means..the wise one yo:) If you need an answer..you goto your sista girl:):)
-
Really it could mean two things, but thats up to you to figure out. The first thing in could mean he thinks of you as his sister and cares about you. The secound thing he really cares for you,and thats away of flirting with out you without you really finding out right away. Eventually you'll figure it out. I had a guy call me his sister before to and come to find out he liked me more than he showed. I hope everything works out for you though.
-
It's a term of friendship, not unlike "bro."
-
It's just a friendly/hip way to address someone ...
