Nope. From the moon you struggle to see the continents, so spotting anything man-made is going to be impossible.

The continents can be identified visually from the Moon, depending on cloud cover, as can lights along the dusk/dawn boundary.

I thought it and the light on top of the Luxor were the only two man made objects seen from space, but I guess not.
