Can you maneuver through your house if it is completely dark inside of it? I mean pitch black.

No, not even a little. If I leave in daylight and expect to come home after dark I must leave a light on. I've lived in the same place for five years, and still trip over things in the dark.

I most certainly can! Of course, that's exactly how I might have broken at least one toe... I never did have it X-rayed, though, so I have no conformation that I broke anything. But I stubbed my toes so hard that they turned black and blue (LITERALLY), all the way back to my ankle. My wife was most impressed...

Yes. Even with all the packrat clutter. The clutter is actually a cheap security system...someone breaks in they'll hurt themselves by tripping over something, making noise which awakens me. As you can tell, I've attempted to rationalize the packrat situation before.

It's sort of hard, but if I haven't mover any furniture or anything, I can maneuver in the pitch darkness quite nicely!

I put on a very good sleep mask (I mean no light) and do it occasionally, just for the hell of it. Occasionally I stub a toe but I'm pretty good at it.

Yup, with my eyes closed. Just being pitch black isnt enough, I can see in the dark better than anyone I have ever met, and not by a little but a lot, like they can with dimm light.

Yes I can! I stepped on a huge spider barefoot doing this once, I didnt realize it until the next morning..I almost cried
