Get more. As i periodically answer questions on AB today, I am making direct contact, cold-calling if you will. You can also try upselling existing customers, also you can try offering a discount on future services to existing customers with any completed referrals they provide you.

Depends - Do you mean you have no customers or do you mean you've saturated the market and there are no NEW customers to acquire? If you are in a manufacturing business, you may need to either find new markets or diversity your product mix. If you are in a service business, I'd begin by polling your past clients. Let them tell you why they don't use you anymore.

If you have run out of customers for a product you sell, the product is obsolete. Sell something else.
