Actually Jimmy, I have. Years ago I was afflicted with Vertigo and it took months before I was normal again.

Yes, whenever my sugar level gets extremely low I get dizzy and have trouble walking.

Me and my friends were drinking afew weeks ago and when the pub closed we headed down to the beach for awhile and started playing piggy back competions which turned into getting on some1s back and seeing how fast you can spin them, afterwards i couldnt stand up, let alone walk!

Yes, I was very sick at the time and for about a day I was unable to keep myself upright without using the walls or other things to keep me upright. I think it was the flu...a really nasty one. I was sick for a long time.

First of all you need to rise slower. Usually sudden moves willll cause this. When you start feeling dizzy, stand still and focus on something stationary. Like a window frame across a room. This gives the brain more information, about balance and helps the dizziness to pass. Or even an open - window, person, anything not moving.
