Yes it keeps me worm
-
When I had dogs I let them sleep in my bed. 2 small dogs.
-
No ... we have 4 I spend all day with them ... so I don't need them on my bed ... ... would you? ... lol
-
I don't, but my fiance does...
-
Nope, the dogs got his own bed.
-
on yes, in no.
-
yeah...she doesnt bother me
-
no, but she claims a couch.
-
My dog is crate-trained. She actually prefers sleeping in her crate. When it starts to get late, she stands in front of her crate and whines until we open the gate for her.
-
yes, they are little dachsunds. and if we dont let them they whine and whine and whimper and bark ALL NIGHT! because we have a little house they stay in while we're away. and yea.. they keep me warm atleat :]]
-
Yes! I am an animal LOVER! I'd have "noahs arc" if I could.
-
If he wanted to sleep there, I would let him. I'd like it, but he prefers stretching out on the floor next to my bed.
-
Yes,. (He's only 6 lbs and he gets a bath every week.) He is a better sleeping pill for me than Ambien or Sominex
-
I do, and so does my wife. That doesn't leave much room for us, but it's really the least we can do for creatures who give us so much and ask for so little in return.
-
No, my dog sleeps in her cennel
-
NO NEVER. I like animals, BUT there is a limit and its not on my bed! ( besides that, say Im bring home a date and we ( its a long shot I know) decide to make love, Then you have this dog scratching at your bedroom door because you left him out in the hall.)
-
yah I sleep with my dog silky.Usually he pee in my bed
-
I'd not let a dog sleep with me, unless its a cute little fluffy puppy that resembles a cat.
-
Unfortunately yes, my wife let the new puppy sleep on there so now my old dog does too... 10 years not sleeping on the bed, and my wife goes and changes it by letting the puppy sleep there. Now the puppy is huge and sleeps on the floor, but the old fart is still there and won't leave the bed for nothing... good thing she's a small dog (miniature schnauzer).
-
I don't have a dog, but I do have a cat. And yes, I let the cat sleep on my bed, mainly because she is my master and if I don't do as she wishes all hell will break loose til she gets her own way
-
I can't let my dog sleep in the bed cause my husband is allergic.
-
he wouldn't have it any other way,and even if i didn't want him to he out weighs me. besides one look a his lovin mug and you just can't deny him,he's also exceptionally loving and very good
-
Not my big dog. He takes up the whole king sized bed. But my little dog does, She keeps me warm.
-
My dogs are part of the family. SO, they sleep in our bed
-
Yes mine do too. But I think it is safer for them to be in a kennel. I keep saying I am going to start keeping them in there at night. I know if there was a fire in the house I would always know they are in the kennel and I could get them out. That is one thing to think about.
-
Yes.. unfortunatly. I finally got her to leave this morning after I paid her. I feel dirty
-
Much to my partner's dismay...yes! Now she says we'll have to get a freaking King sized bed when we eventually buy our "dream property" to build on or if it has a house the bedroom has to be big enough to HOLD a King bed and the rest of our bedroom stuff. lmao (we have a full sized bed now) Hannah's not THAT BIG...I don't know what the big deal is..<wink> she gets off the bed during the more intimate times! The dog doesn't want to watch or anything! Besides, being as this dog is 1/2 Husky, she puts out some righteous heat that practically MELTS the pain in my crappy knees when they act up...I just jam then against her and wal-la! My partner asked if I plan to bring the HORSE in after I get her/him...I said "naw, but I might spend a night or two in the barn!" <grins> Actually, when we were making the move (me) from San Diego to PA, we had my Parrot, Emily in the bed with us one night. (I didn't have Hannah then, I had big old Bossco and he had moved to the floor after I had a human sharing my bed...he was HUGE. The cats and the bird were let loose each night to get some normal movement and have access to the litter box and water...the bird and dog traveled MUCH better than the poor cats...not happy campers!) My honey happened to throw an arm around me towards morning and "felt" the parrot snuggled up against me...."ahhh what's THAT?" "Mmmmm, oh it's Emily, she climbed in a while ago." The hand and arm...sloooowly retracted away...and Emily piped up with "What?"...from under the covers.

I have 2 Jack Russells and they sleep in my bed, when we got the first he used to cry all night in the living room and when we got the second my mother in law had just died so we were suffering from sleep deprivation and the new dog was also crying in the living room too, so to make it easyier we just brought the 2 in to bed, we are in the process of getting them out the bed and room and last night was the first, lets just say not much sleep was had by many in my house last night, just grateful that my old neightbour is deaf as a door post. Victoria Stillwell you have alot to answer for.
-
One dog, and yes, she's only 5 pounds, so I don't mind.
-
not my bed but my daughter lets him sleep in hers
-
sometimes.
-
Absolutely. We have a black lab and a golden retreiver. They are soft and cuddly and wouldnt go to bed without them.
-
If I had a dog, it would. I am 41 and never had a doggie in my life. Oh, well.
-
My Chihuahuas do sometimes. I don't have a problem with it.
-
OH YES I HAVE TWO LHASA APSOS AND THEY BOTH SLEEP AT THE THE BOTTOM OF MY BED THEY ARE MY FAMILY
-
Sleep in my bed??? my dog had to have her own pillow for her head and her own blanket to cover up with. She used to get really upset if her blanket came off at night - always woke me to cover her back up.
-
Yes ALL the time every night. Nena sleeps with me right in my pillow or by my feet.
-
Both of our dogs were crate trained from day one. It is a great source of comfort for them to know that they have their own space. The experts all agree that by nature, dogs are "den" animals and need their own area for security. They go there throughout the day to get away from it all and have their private area. Our oldest likes to get us up and get in bed for the final 30-60 minutes of the morning but that's it. That is Mom's weakness, not mine. LOL. However, if you get the chance, crate train your dog or pup as soon as possible. It will make them happy and well adjusted. They will thank you with numerous kisses and licks.
-
They're whippets, where else would they sleep????
-
I do, but I have heard that it can cause dominance problems if your not watching and training your dogs carefully.
-
Yes, every night.
-
When I was a single mom I did. I figured it was a good early warning device if something was going on at night. However, now that I'm married to a CAT person, the dogs stay in their crates at night. When my husband isn't home, they get to sleep with me. They know not to come in the bedroom if he's around. Yes, I've taught them to be sneaky.
-
Always he normally sleeps with his head on the pillow and his body under the covers
-
When i had a dog i never let him sleep or even in my bedroom all the dog hairs on the bedding put me off,i have a cat and she isnt allowed in my bedroom or on my bed.
-
when i had a dog yeah
-
Our girl gets into bed before we do. She sleeps on my pillow until I get into bed, then she burrows under the covers and pops back out and puts her head on my pillow. So I guess the real answer is that she allows us to sleep in her bed.
-
Not only do they sleep at the foot of the bed, they escourt us to the bedroom, or bark at us until we get the hint that it is time for bed...
-
Hi I let my Boarder Collie sleep ontop of my bed for a while no harm in that keep eachother warm
-
He sleeps right at the bottom of the bed between our feet.
-
My roomie has 2 beagles and i lock them out cause they get dog hair in my bed.lol
-
Hi, Thanks for asking this question. My dogs decide each night between their beds or my bed, and it's usually a 50/50 chance of either. Occasionly they will pass out on the couch and not bother to wake up, but my housemates don't fancy that much... My Chihuahua is so small I'm frightened I'll roll over and crush her or something so I usually end up leaving the bed to the dogs and sleeping on the couch MYSELF. I know, spoliot. Anyhow, I know which bed I would choose if I was the dog. These are their baskets:
-
I was told its not healthy for an animal to breath in your face so she sleeps on the dovet at the side or foot of the bed

-
My cat sleeps on my bed. My daughter's dog would, but she keeps him in her bedroom.
-
Never. They are Newfoundlands and you never let them do anything that you won't want a 150 lb drooling hairbag do, even as cute puppies. They do NOT belong on a bed.
-
no
-
What are you talking about "my" bed?? haha
-
Yes most definately!
-
Of course, I do
-
No, because I have 5 medium sized dogs and there would be no room for me lol. I do however on ocassions allow them as a treat in my bedroom on the floor, which they love because it is nice and cool
-
yes
-
on, not in.
-
We have cats and they sort of make there own place on the bed with us at night.
-
My dog does sleep on my bed, but then she is in no way dominant so it doesn't cause a problem. Plus she's actually not that very big, just lots of fur, so she keeps me nice and warm :)
-
NO, I dont have dogs but i let my cats. And if I had a dog he could come up and cuddle aswell
-
My dog slept in the same bed with me for 17 years...then I got a divorce
-
my dog lets me sleep on his bed and sit in his chair..come to think of he seems to own everything and i have to get permission to use it. LOL
-
Yes some of them do.
-
She does every night!
-
No way...
-
She sometimes sleeps on the foot of my bed.
-
What's this business about let? Human asleep dog on dog bed on floor....human asleep dog climbs quietly onto bed and snuggles gently...human still asleep....dog makes dog self comfortable...human rouses slightly and rolls over...dog takes up more room...human moves further across bed ..... dog takes up more room...human falls out of bed ..... dog has all the bed....dog wins!
-
Yeah, he used to come to sleep in my bed
-
We let her sleep anywhere she wants ... she is kind of a grouchy sleeper (which means, once she gets tired, you really don't want to mess with her). We adopted her from the humane society, and I'm sure she was abused ... but she is really a great dog! We just give her a WIDE berth when it's past her bedtime!
-
The old one used to all the time. She's now too old to jump up (it's a high bed). She sleeps under it now. The pup hasn't seen that part of the house yet.
-
I have two and they both sleep in my bed!
-
He does anyway! No problem.
-
Our dog sleeps with my daughter ..but i wont have him in my bed .. its a dog not a teddy bear lol
-
she does
-
Well yea, I do it every night.
-
Always did. Love the babies and have to make sure they are safe and warm also.
-
I have two that do.
-
Yes......she does for a while, then she leaves to sleep on "her" futon in the computer room.
-
a little known fact, bedbugs would rather bite your dog than you, so it could be a good thing:)
-
My dog DOES sleep in my bed ... although he does have his own that he uses when he wants ...
-
he certainly does, and he loves it. is a bit big for my bed though, damn duvet hogger!
-
no, not really.... then when she would go in her house she would feel hers very unconfy :)
-
of course!
-
never,it will lead them to domination and with lack of respect towards the handler lead them into agression..dog should stay of furniture
-
If I had my choice my dog would be sleeping on the bed. But, I have learned that if you sleep with another person this is hard to do and you need a really big bed :-)
-
Yes. My 5yo Yorkie sleeps in the bed under the covers in between me & my girlfriend. He has his own bed too but he like to swap between the two.
-
Absolutely! Puppy is a 2 year old long hair chihuahua, and I love having in our bed. She snuggles up to my shoulder and rests her head on it. I enjoy it as much as she does. After a little while, she will switch to the far end of bed to lay next to my legs, on top of covers.
-
Nope only I sleep in my beds.
-
Nope, never.
-
when "my dogs are barking" I take them to bed. I have no pets.
-
Nothing like cuddling up to a warm hairy beast...or three!
-
If they wish, which is seldom. My lab sometimes during thunderstorms.
-
My 64 pound Pit Bull Terrier has his own bed ; BUT now and then he likes sleeping beside me .... He still obays and does as he is told ... stays off the other furniture etc ... and is NON agressive ; so I see no reason not to allow him to sleep there if he wants.
-
No, they let me sleep in theirs.
-
Yes they do we all freeze to death if they didn't they keep us warm when you have no gas blankets and dogs are the best substitute.
