Make sure the floor is really clean and dry and clen the bottoms of your shoes, Maybe you are using too much cleaner and not rinsing it off.
-
It sounds like you are using too much floor cleaner. Try using less, or wash it over again after with fresh water, that should make it stop.
-
Stop cleaning it with soda? I have no idea??? I have tile and that doesn't happen.
-
It seems you are either using the wrong detergent to clean it or using too much. Try Flash or a similar brand for floors. :o)
-
Use a bit less cleaner BUT also do not use hot water. I have an Armstrong kitchen floor, and they warn against using hot water.

Assalam-o-alikum! And after all those answers, you still found yourself at the same situation then use/throw some Boric Powder over it, that might help but beware, that might left your floor with too less friction.

you might need to clean it again
