They used to say whole milk was but there is some controversy over that now although I love it and hope it is still healthy. Other than milk I would have to agree with green tea and cranberry juice (both good antioxidants)

All very good answers but your question is a matter of personal opinion...Let me first start off by saying that water is not always the best thing to drink, depending on the source it is coming from...I can suggest many different healthy drinks to try out and each of them as a stand alone have there pros and cons, take for instance green drinks, where you take some juice and put it in a blender with some green vegetable and blend it all together, this gives not only the vitamins and minerals you need but also the fiber you need to help clean out your colon which in turn will absorb more of the healthy stuff in the whole foods you eat only to make you feel like a million bucks...There are so many good drinks, I could spend hours just talking about them, google it up and see what you find...

I think it would be some fresh veggie cocktail straight from your own blender consisting of as many veggies as you could fit in there. Orange juice on an empty stomach is never good for you...chewing the whole orange is good because as you chew you are releasing digestive juices to help you digest the fruit. Fruit juice on an empty stomach often leads to heartburn. So I vote for the fresh veggie drink! :)
-
Yerba Mate, its healthier than green tea, vitamin and anti-oxidant wise.

I think it's 'tea'. Because it has many antioxidants and other vitamins and minerals.

-
skim milk. calcium is essential, and has also been shown to accelerate fat loss. it also has tons of vitamins, and protein.
-
Skim milk is the healthiest drink. Water is a necessary drink, but not nutritious. With skim milk you get water plus nutrition.
-
FRUIT NECTAR AND FRUIT JUICES.
-
Good Irish Whiskey
-
I always thought it was Irish Coffee as it has all the essential food groups in it: fat, sugar, alcohol and caffeine.
-
Semi skimmed milk-calcium & vitamins Green tea- antioxidants drinks like Actimel which contain good bacteria to improve immune system (though they do have a fair bit of sugar) I still think water is the best thing for you though!
-
Skimmed milk is good (unless like me you're lactose intolerant) but whole milk has too much fat. I'm suspicious of soya-milk's benefits as it depends what additives are in it. Tea is good as it has antioxidants, especially green tea. Herbal and fruit teas are naturally caffeine-free. Also red wine (one glass a day, not a whole bottle full) has antioxidants too.. Fresh fruit and vegetable smoothies & blends are full of vitamins and fiber. My best advice would be to drink a variety of these things throughout the day.
