Yes, words are cheap. +3
-
Depends on who's WORDS ........:-)
-
Totally. Words are cheap and mean nothing. Actions speak louder than words
-
I don't. I believe its the intention behind the words or actions that is the most important. Both words and actions can be very hurtful/effective, depending on how they are used.
-
No, while actions mean much more than words, words still do mean something.
-
Not at all. Words may be purposefully hurtful and actions may be inadvertently harmful. Intent is what matters to me..intent.
-
No I do not. Although actions may speak louder than words, words have a very powerful effect as well. Take our US Constitution, extremely powerful words conveying ideas of freedom and justice for humanity. As long as the people adhere to them.
-
Yes,I do.You can talk all day,but it is those that follow through that give actual meaning to their words.
-
100% I agree!
-
Not really, but I understand the logic because it often takes action to give words value. Words can mean a great deal when they are backed up by actions that have set an example. For instance; if I say I promise something, it may not mean anything until I follow through but the next time I say it, you'll know that my promises have value.
-
Nope. Without words, Answerbag is nothing.
-
I think words do mean something. On the other hand, if your actions contradict your words, then you are hypocritical in what you say. Great question.
-
Yes, I agree not quite 100% but pretty darn close.
