You don't, God creates angels as seperate beings from humans. The idea that humans who go to heaven become angels is a fallacy and I have not yet seen any biblical evidence to support it.

Unfortunately, there are many candidates for that position. You must have the following: Lifetime experience in doing good deeds for others. Either know someone who is already an angel or be good friends with God. Oh, good typing skill is a big plus.

"Let US make man", angels have been with God from the beginning, especially Jesus. If we make it into the Book Of Life, we will become spirit forms like Jesus and all the others that are in Heaven now.

You don't. Humans are not angels. Humans were made just a little lower than the angels. Even when humans die, they do not turn into angels. They do have a resting place with God, but they do not change into angels.

There are two types of Angels: [1] The angels that are born in human form and do not know that they are angels until they find out the hard way or they do their job, die, and wait for God to tell them. [2] The other type is the ones that know their job and are sent down, take human form, do their job, and go back to Heaven. There are ppl who claim to have seen their "Guardian Angel", spoke with it, and "joined" with it to become a "Hybrid Human/Angel". I happen to be one of those "Guardian Angel/Humans". I can turn into a "Guardian Angel/Human" at will of thought. You do not see any physical difference, but you do think different and have a much more "clear" wide range of thought and understanding/processing of things. You feel more powerful and confident and always have the urge to do something good and to fly. Call me crazy I do not care. I am what I believe. I am what I perceive. Because, Perceiving is Reality. And reality is in your control if you perceive yourself to be in control of what you believe/reality. Also, if you happen to be in your "Guardian Angel/Human" form and you do something bad or think of doing something really bad. Your Angel can turn evil. And become a demon. Because when he fuses with you, he is putting all of his trust and alignment with it. Therefore you have to have a good heart to persuade him. But if you change and do something terrible you shall find your self alone and in continuous bad luck and opposition. So if you choose to fuse, keep in mind that you can/could harm yourself. Humans are humans. Angels are angels. The only way a human can be said to be an angel is if they act as a messenger of God's love and mercy. But they're still only human.

Angels, comming from the word "angelos" means messengers. As messengers of god they do not have need for something as primative as the internet.

Technically humans don't become angels. Angels are beings created by God to serve humans. Colloquially in my opinion any person who serves another human being without concern for gain is an angel.
