  My name is Fabian. So there is this girl i have a big crush on, (not dating) I'm not ready to ask her out yet. But her name is Alyssa . I met her in middle school and me and her still text ALOT, like everyday. We sometimes hang out and chill. me and her care and love eachother alot, she loves me because i always been there for her, and i always made her feel better, she said she wouldn't know what she do without me. She said i am like one of the realest people out there. she said me and her will rock together forever. but these past 7 days i feel like me and her were getting dry, like if our bond wasn't the same , like if something was wrong with her. I miss texting her more, laughing and having funny and enjoyable convos, where we texted more and she replied faster. I noticed she has been sleeping in all day until 5 or 6pm , and she goes to bed earlier then usual, it made no sense to me. She also hasn't been texting anybody that much and she hasn't been on social media that much, i asked her and she "said You're the first person to actually notice. but idk, I've been sleeping a lot and idk why . Then i asked her what is causing all that and she said " I just got out of a really toxic friendship and it's been taking a huge toll on my emotions lately ". Turns out it was her bestfriend (Jony) they were really close. She really cared and trusted him. I asked what happened and she said "A lot of manipulation and mental abuse". What do you think she meant by that and what do you think might of happened? She said "We still talk a lil bit,, I just needed some space" But to be honest i don't know how to really help her, i need to find the right words to have her move on and whatever they have wasn't real anymore. I don't want her to think i am trying to talk her out her feelings, i also don't want to make her sound guilty or anything like that, i don't want to sound like An Asshole either. I am that type of person that is always going to be real with people and she knows that. I want her to be strong. Alot of people hurt

  Help please. My friend is in trouble and I don’t know how to help her, she’s going through so much and she’s only 11. She’s an internet friend, so I just don’t know how I can help her over text. Here are her words, sorry it’s really long “It's not fair. I feel like I'm being neglected by my mom but I don't know. It's just.. Ugh. We're 11 and 12 and we haven't learned how to do laundry yet. Our mom doesn't do our laundry either. Yeah our washer is broken but there's a laundry mat not far at all from our house. But she still doesn't wash our clothes and she actually knows how to-- But like, she just lets our 61 year old grandma who is really weak and has asthma and lives in a hotel do our laundry?? When she can literally just take it to the laundry mat and do it herself Okay second off We're not getting an education since November. She pulled us out because we were being bullied but we never started any other type of school.. We haven't seen a doctor or dentist in TWO YEARS. Wtf. Make us an appointment mom A lot of times I overdosed on albuterol because..suicidal thoughts. Sadly I never died but, she didn't even take me anywhere to get help any of the times I overdosed? And she knew I overdosed? Like this has been going on for months and months. I can only have 4 puffs of albuterol in 24 hours-- I keep taking around 20-50 puffs of it in less than 5-10 minutes. Why haven't I died already?! Albuterol overdose can be fatal. It can lead to cardiac arrest or even death which is my goal. Next time I should use my whole fucking inhaler. Whenever I overdose I start feeling all shaky and weak and dizzy..and my head starts throbbing..and it gets hard to breathe and it feels like my heart is beating way too fast.. And I can't form coherent sentences and my vision gets all blurry.. I need help. She doesn't understand. All the times I overdosed, cried for no reason, yelled over nothing, felt sad and fatigued for hours and hours. She hasn't taken a fucking hint.   I lied to my doctor about my eyesight when I was smaller and I failed my eye exams on purpose, but now a couple of year later I've been having really bad headaches and my doctor told me it's because I haven't worn my glasses but that's because I don't need them. I have perfect vision I need help with what to do because if I go to my doctor again and do the eye exam and pass it with 20/20 vision she will question me but my headaches had gotten really bad so I need help. What should I do?

  My grandmother criticized me for binge watching, something I ve done for years when in not hanging out with friends or doing college work? She said I was crazy so I started doing ridiculous things shutting my door in the evening because I have to wait to watch what I want, waiting till she leaves, and watching tv on mute. I ve barely gotten to watch anything in the past few months. I hang out with friends, do my college work but tv shows are my hobby. I like to read and listen to music also, but I miss movies and tv.
