Keepsake Ornament Club...I've benn a member off and on for a loooooong time. The detail is incredible. I'm a big fan of certain artists, like Ken Crow, Joanne Eschrich, Tammy Hadix, Nina Aube....Love the Christmas plush and the ornament versions they have done the last couple of years. But mostly what comes to mind is the store I shop at most--they are really friendly and incredibly helpful. One year Hallmark somehow lost my renewal for KOC, Lisa not only helped me deal with the problem, she paid for the ornaments herself. I didn't realize that until I went over my receipt when I got home. That's going above and beyond!!!
