First one: y = cos(2x)sin(x^2) Thus: dy/dx = sin(2x)*2 + cos(x^2)*2x Rearrange everything: dy/dx = 2xcos(x^2)2sin(2x) Second one: s = (t+1)/(t1) + t*e(2t) Thus: ds/dt = ((t1)t  (t+1)t)/(t1)^2 + t(e^(2t)*2) + e^(2t) Maybe. I can't do math on the computer. I need room to scratch around. Someone want to verify this?
