I cannot predict anythind about it bt one thing I can surely say is that " Invest your future in the safest place."

In my view safest place for investment is the real estate only.

If you are in for the long term, and if you know that the management of the trust is a reliable group, then these should be great investments. We may not have turned the corner on home prices yet, but we should be somewhere near the bottom. And the old saying, "They are making more people, but they aren't making any more land." is still just as true as ever.
