You can't. The color 'orange' is our *subjective experience* of certain wavelengths of light that enter our eyes. If your subjective experience when those wavelengths enter your eyes is the same as another person's subjective experience when purple wavelengths enter his/her eyes, you have no way of knowing. All we can do it point to objects and say that our visual subjective experience of things like sunsets, citrus fruits, and Denver Broncos uniforms corresponds to something we call "orange".
