That's a tough quetion to answer coz many of us do have conditions not because we really want to impose them on others but because we are afraid of getting hurt. Pain is something we rather not deal with. Some do brave it out and conclusions of such experiences do shape our way of thinking. Conditions are not always negative. Sometimes it takes more to keep the rules then to break it. While love is suppose to be free and unconditioned it is not practical in this world of suffering. Tough love is conditional..esp for those who takes kindness for weakness. So if you are talking about love without any expectation for returns- from people whom you least expected the answer yes..but not very often.
