Yes I could. I have no interest in selling gossip.
-
Of course, for someone to be in the employ of someone of that nature requires a degree of ethics and moral fiber. If one were to expose their employer in such a way, it may cause them public scrutiny which can harm them financially and eventually put them out of a job, if my employer was not able to maintain their public image I would suffer along with them, thus it is an incentive to help keep my employers image impeccable as to insure my career. Not to mention leaking information may put my employer in a legal bind, or in a more severe scenario, put them in harms way. Im incapable of doing that.
-
Yes, of course. I have worked for someone who wasn't that famous, but whose activities would have been extremely interesting if I had gone to the papers to sell my story. All of a sudden their profile would have been raised dramatically. It is not, and has never been, even remotely tempting to kiss and tell. I was brought up by my parents to be better than that! People who sell stories to newspapers have no morals and no scruples. Famous people usually insist on very carefully worded employee contracts so they can take action against any employee who breached that contract, and quite rightly so.
-
Not only could I, I do.
-
Yes definately, a lot of my Mothers friends from the 60s and 70s would fall into this category but their lives are just as family friends not as celebrities, I would treat any one I worked for in the same way
-
Yes I could.
-
Yes.
-
I think I would as long as they were "big news". But I cannot promise that I might not write a book myself someday after they are dead. :)
-
Yes...most famous people value their privacy and to tell all would be betraying a trust...and probably cost me my job.
-
Yep!
-
I have in the past and have only revealed one or two names. i do not want the recognition.
-
My Lips are Sealed -
-
Yes, definitely. Their life is their business and not mine to share. I think it's bad enough that they are swarmed, I wouldn't want to contribute to anything.
-
yeha i could,and i would love it..lol.
-
Well, yes I have in the past, but I hesitate to ever say "never". I worked with a celebrity while employed at a financial investment firm and mums still the word. Most celebs are hounded by the press and have no private life, merely because they chose an occupation in the spot light. It's crazy and I feel for them. I'm extremely loyal, so they would have to do something pretty inhumane and unforgivable for me to turn on them.
-
Yes i could, if i didn't i would lose my job.
-
Would not want to work for someone famous. So it would not be an issue, wouldn't happen in the first place. The hounds that chase after the rich and famous are disgusting, it's bad enough I have to deal with telephone solicitors and sales people at my job.
-
Yes. It would be nice to have my own private secret. Also if I told and the famous person I was working for found out they might fire me.
-
Yes. I hate seeing every detail of famous people's lives all over the media and I would have no interest in helping the media put it there.
-
Yes I could. Mums the word.
-
Lots of people do. Its just the few that tell all that makes the rest look bad.
-
Probably. If I published some of the things I've heard about throughout the years, I could have retired a long time ago.
-
I have worked with famous people and while what I know would sell big time, I am not telling. I have also been with famous people and can tell a lot to the press but its not my place to betray that trust. Trust means a lot to me.
-
Yes. I hate those tabloid papers.
-
yes i could I am taking many secretes to the grave with me now... Whats a few more ?
-
Yes, because if the famous person didn't want to have info out in the public and you told the press... well, I guess you could call yourself fired, bankrupt and a public disgrace.
-
Absolutely! If they were my friend, it would never cross my mind. If they were just my boss, I'm sure they would make me sign a non-disclosure contract, but it wouldn't matter. I would never tell anything to the tabloids. The only people I would ever say anything to, would be the police, and that's only if they were seriously hurting someone.
-
Yes, I'm quite loyal to anyone who deserves it.
-
"Do you think you could work for someone famous and never tell all to the papers?" Yes. I am trustworthy, honest, loyal and do not indulge in gossip or news-carrying.
-
I would never tarnish someones reputation for my own personal gain
-
Yep I could.
-
I had many jbs of confidential nature, I now I could.
-
Absolutely. I work in an area where we have well know clients and confidentiality is part of the job. It would be such a breach of trust that I just couldn't do it.
-
I dislike most of the media and I hate, hate, HATE coverage of celebrity events, so why would I?
-
Yes.
-
Yes. These people need someone they can trust. Most of the people that hover around them are lampreys sucking the life out of them.
-
of course i could. i'd tell someone though....i can't keep secrets.
-
It depends.
-
I have before and never told anyone who I worked for.
-
Yes, being respectful of others personal and privite life is just as important as someone being resprctful of yours....vbross, Sarasota, Fla.
